Your a thought away from Disease

Our thoughts can make us sick and our thoughts can make us well.  We are only one thought away from upregulating a Disease. You can be a hard worker, Christian believer, a good family person, healthy eater, work out regularly, but still think stressful thoughts and upregulate diseased genes into your body. The stress may be about a relationship, money and finances, work, or most anything you obsess about. You may be viewed as the least likely person to get sick, but your mind and thoughts can change that picture. Then you ask why do some like me never get sick?
Think of it this way, in terms of athletes, why do only one percent make it professionally? Again, go back to your brain and how you think in relationship to your body, neuroscience. A professional athlete knows and believes without a doubt they will outperform the majority of the population and probably most of their competitors. They still encounter stress but how they view it is different than you and I. They have a picture of them already at the podium with the trophy, they only visualize the outcome of the shot, the stress is their adrenaline. The anxiety is good anxiety.  We don’t look at the end result healed, or well, or successful, but we focus on the stress, failure, disease, diagnosis, and negative outcome.
Final example, our friend who has been living in the back of his truck for thirteen years, disease free, due to not being able to afford the million dollar house, but gets excited about imagining fixing up the back of his truck, his condo, for winter, and can imagine the warmth and comfort he will have. His focus is on the successful outcome of a stressful situation. He does not imagine a negative result.
