COMMON SENSE PSYCHOLOGY: CHALLENGES become a part of life even after we recover and have made changes to our thoughts and personalities...we may have purned apart the old neurons and hard wired the new neuron connections ...but will the sustain time and challenges..the idea in recovery was to get rid of old beliefs and replace them with new healthy beliefs and perceptions...so we chip a tooth and donwe revert back to old thinking or new...do we look at the situation with a positive outcome and no fear of old memories or beliefs creeping in....do we obsess with the thought of negative aspects or do we ignor it and go on with a positive, optimistic possibilities.....if u’ve done the work this will be a new experience in healing....I wish u well...
