NAVIGATORS HANDBOOK: HOSTILITY...STOP IT! The world and people r out of control and that means u too that r reading this blog..people just seem to want to attack other people...make excuses for their own actions...not take responsibility for their own actions...howler and cuss and b vulgar and ugly and rude, inconsiderate, and abusive to one another...I won’t go on with trying to describe such behavior...the cause is clear and simple...people r just so hurt inside they want others to feel hurt too...they r living from old beliefs that r not even their beliefs and r ignorant to the fact their beliefs need to change...they don’t have the skill sets to deal with their emotions so they act with hostility out of ignorance....STOP! ACT OUT OF LOVE....PLEASE....I put these blogs out here once or twice a day.... for helping people...I do my daily Podcasts to help people....I offer to b available to help people and no one calls...U guys r attracting DISEASE! I explain it day in and day out and no one listens...u all either have disease now or r having Disease track u down....I don’t make this stuff up....it’s SCIENCE!  When I wake up this morning I am doing a Podcast on this same subject..LISTEN....I am on IHeart Radio daily under Podcasts/johnzegar, I am on Spreaker.com/johnzegar...I am on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and no one listens and the anger and rage just get worse....STOP IT!....stop the behavior and change ur beliefs...change ur personality, how u think, act, and feel...avoid disease...illness....sickness...trauma...diagnosis....I try and put together a group on Meditation... and no one calls...I offer to do talks, workshops and no one calls...and just continue to b vulgar...forty three years helping people...it counts...let’s change the world to more LOVE one person at a time....John Zegar
