COMMON SENSE PSYCHOLOGY: HEALING is an ongoing process and can range in time from a few moments to several years...depends on how deep seated ur belief system is...first u have to b able to not identify with ur illness...b willing to give up that addicition...those feelings u have each day and that u look for first thing in the morning needs to come to an end...second work ur program, do ur meditations and don't look for miracles but changes in ur personality...how u think, act, and feel...third is 'crossing the river of change' b willing to sink the ships with no way back but to suceed in going forward....lastly, not letting the negative, old belief thoughts in and replacing those with the new u and ur new beliefs and perceptions...simple
