Personality change....

When I do workshops I like to have people visualize who they see themselves as in terms of how they think, act, and feel...and meditate on that..most will see all the positives and then when pressed will see the occasional temper, shortness, bitterness,and the like..they then move to how they think and then onto how they feel..as we begin to break it down generally people are not in such a good place as they may imagine and the effects of Life's Stress becomes apparent...the second part is designing a new picture of themselves in terms of personality...and then meditating on that new person...we can all do that same work right at home..a good exercise to do...keep it honest.
