Finding the Sweet Spot...

Meditation is the attempt to find the 'Sweet Spot' of the energy field.  There are so many things to meditate on and some having more meaning and purpose than another.  For instance, if we are working on self healing then we may want to look at what life would look like for us with out the disease or illness.  If we are trying to focus on just staying in the present or work on our breathing we may want to reduce everything around us to one thing, eliminate the clutter.  The idea is that we acquire a skill to get into a brain wave state that will allow us to find the Sweet Spot of our meditation.
It is my belief that like any skill it will take practice over and over to be able to know when everything just is in sync with your mediation and the intended result desired.  People practice at their sport, event, business, skill enough until they hit that sweet spot.  They know it!
Another way to explain it is that you are now in the energy field of the atom or the Quantum Unified Field.  You are at a point connected to the universe or a greater intelligence.  The answer makes itself known and all seems right.
All that I can say having hit the sweet spot is that you just want to return to that feeling again and again.  It will change your energy and it will change your biology.  It is where you are now able to design your future destiny.
It is the Sweet Spot that explains to you your destiny..you can now connect the dots and sense the Gratitude.
