Ask, Believe, Receive...

So in the book 'The Secret' the formula seems to be Ask, Believe, Receive.  They say to ask but you only need to ask one time otherwise it's as if you don't believe you will receive it.  The believe part is so important...how do you believe..If we believe then we don't have to think about it again or we would be questioning our belief.  Receive is the easy part...it just says that you should act as if you already have received it or what ever you are asking for.  It's like gratitude, simple means you are thankful for already recovering something, the gifs of receivership. So there you have it.  People everywhere are trying new things and practices and not really understanding the steps.  They are simple to say or repeat or present but the actual doing is tuff.

In life Belief is what determines how our lives look and turn out.  What we believe is what we get and what we believe is who we are.  Our physical condition, mental condition, financial condition, relationship condition and so on depends on what we believe.  We do not breath unless we have a belief in something.

Practice every day in believing, no really believing in something.  Believe your well and healthy and you are, believe in abundance and you do not have lack, get the idea.  Here is a starting off place....get up and really believe you are going to get a cup of coffee this morning from someone, don't go out and buy one but believe and be grateful...see what happens.  Practice every day till you can make that happen, then try something a little bigger and so on.  You can build castles with your life....if you believe.
