Grit...

So my life has been pretty much non traditional, by choice.  I have never been married or wanted to be and have no kids and have worked in a profession for nearly forty years assisting people with issues.  Along the way I found work and interest in business both nationally and internationally and that sparked even more interest in travel which I have done going around the globe a time or two.  I have always loved sports and adventure and put that together with travel and there goes your life.  In a blink of your eye it's nearly over and I think there is so much more to do.  Somehow I want to give back to the people of the world that have given me so much pleasure. I want to see the unusual, the different, the off the beaten path.  I take a great interest in people and how they survive and get through daily lives.  I love culture and how people around the world are all the same and have the same direction other than their culture.  We are all striving for the same end result.

What America has that no other country has and at best they are trying to understand and obtain is we have Grit!  We are willing to get down and get our hands dirty and put in a full days work.  Americans have an ability, when down, to come out even stronger on the other side.  This country is in really big trouble right now and it is our Grit that will see us through.  When all else fails and people see the light and seriousness of the time, we will pull back with our Grit, and make the right decisions.  We built our companies, we built our characters, we built our families, and we built a country that every other country in the world wants to destroy or emulate.
