Best and Brightest...

I struggle every day listening to these reports of how gullible and naive the American public is when it comes to politics.  If the current person in office has been unable to create a plan to put people back to work, does that count.  If the current person in office has been unable to create a plan to help the economy and not go down as the individual that created the highest debt and spending in American history, does that count.  If the current person in office has been unable to speak positively about America and not apologize, does that count.  If the current person in office has been unable to expel the word, Entitlement, and unite and not disenfranchise this country, does that count.  I could go on and on, but I think the point is understood.

My issue is; we clearly did not pick the Best and Brightest person into office of President, but what does it say abut us in our ability to pick and more importantly what does it say for us with our heads in the sand now.  Where are the Best and Brightest American voters?
