Market Return

I can't speak for the other parts of the country but here in Colorado and especially on the eastern slope the low end $250k and under properties are a smashing success, to the point of few days on the market to bring multiple offers.  If we as realtors don't get carried away and keep honest to the appraisals buyers, sellers, and agents will help the economy and the recovery of America. The icing on the cake is low interest rates in the threes.  If it feels right to you and the timing is right step up and take advantage of the current conditions.  I'm there if you need some help along the way.
