It has become pretty apparent that there seems to be a very good return for cash on cash in the real estate market in Northern Colorado for income properties.  Working as a Broker here at ERA, the Herman Group I have become aware that you could profit in the area of 11% if you can find an income property for sale.  They have become few and far between and the pricing is on the rise very quickly.  Say other investments are maybe less than a precent in banks or stocks this year then just the move to make is back into investment into real estate.  Give me a call any time and lets talk.
